You can visit our branches from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., except public holidays.
A billing day is 24 hours counted from the time of rental to the same time the following day, e.g. from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
If something goes wrong, you can count on us. If the fault is caused by normal operation, not by use contrary to the operating instructions, we will quickly repair the equipment on site or, if necessary, replace it with another with the same parameters. The time from the reporting of the fault to its rectification is not taken into account in the rental charge.
Under the terms of the lease, the equipment must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was leased. In the event of damage caused by accident or improper operation, the cost of repair must be paid.
The rented equipment is not insured against damage or theft. However, we do add a fee for Ramirisk to the rental price, which is a service that reduces the renter's financial liability for any damage to the rented equipment, provided the specified conditions are met. The amount of the security deposit depends on the type of equipment. To find out the deposit amount for a specific facility, contact your nearest branch or check the website.

Our equipment can be picked up in person or with delivery to the site of operation. The delivery service has an additional charge and requires you to set a delivery date and time with the branch. Estimated delivery prices can be found at this link.
